EXAMINATION GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS:

  • The student must attend the written and oral exam with his/her ID card or passport.
  • Exams will start on time. Students will not be allowed to take the exam if it has already started. Students must arrive at the exam room at least 15 minutes before the exam is due to start.
  • If the student does not write his/her answers in the right place, as indicated in the exam instructions, the exam will not be corrected. If a student marks two or more answers in a multiple-choice exercise in which they are asked to mark only one, that answer won’t be valid. Note: Exams requiring optical answer sheets must be filled out in pencil.
  • Essays written in pencil will not be corrected. Students are expected to write in a clear and legible handwriting. They should avoid writing in capital letters, if it is not required, or crossing answers out.
  • All papers handed in, including the draft sheet, must be handed back before leaving the classroom.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any type of electronic device of communication and data storage such as mobile phones, personal computers, tablets or smart watches into the examination room. Students in possession of any of these electronic devices (either on or off) once the test has begun will be deemed to be cheating.
  • We recommend bringing the necessary writing materials and a watch to check the time.
  • Any observations made after the completion of the exam won’t be taken into consideration.
  • Rescheduling requests regulations for the oral exam and examination review regulations and deadlines can be found on our website.
  • In September, students must not take the part of the exam that they have already passed in June.
  • Oral exams will be recorded.
  • Students with special needs must request an adaptation by means of a petition and a report from their medical specialist. The deadline for submitting the application is May 1st (for the examinations scheduled for June) and August 1st (for the examinations scheduled for September.)
  • Proof of attendance at the written and oral exams will be written and given to the student EXCLUSIVELY at the end of the exam.
