Enrolment

An official enrolment is one in which the students have:

• Right and responsibility of attendance. Attendance will be monitored.
• Right of examination leading to an official certification (formal education.)

Enrolment in refresher courses is that in which the students have:

• Right of class attendance. Attendance will be monitored.
• Right to a certificate of attendance or achievement.
